Rosneft Oil Company is one the leading Russian oil companies and at present is the only one completely owned by the state. Rosneft company develops dynamically and at the moment exercises control over forty affiliates in 19 regions of the country in the Far East, in Western Siberia, in North and South of the European part of Russia. JSC Oil Company "Rosneft" -Arkhangelsknefteprodukt" was established on the basis of "Arkhangelsknefteprodukt" Arkhangelsk State Oil Products Supply Company, that had been founded in April 1966 ã. At present the company owns 11 bulk plants and 51 filling stations.

Our main activities include:

• Oil products retail sales through filling stations network

• Oil products bulk delivery in the Arkhangelsk region and outside

• Oil products processing and storage services, incl. oil products for export

• Vessels bunkering in the water area of Arkhangelsk Sea Port.

Broad branches network ensures availability of necessary oil products stocks at a specific place and at right time which guarantees undisturbed operation of our filling stations. The company owns a number of bulk plants alongside railway lines Arkhangelsk - Moscow, Arkhangelsk - Syktyvkar, motor roads Arkhangelsk - Vologda and Ust'-Vaga - Yadrikha (Northern Transport Corridor).

The company takes pride in its 200 000 cubic meter export terminal in the port of Arkhangelsk. The terminal has its own railway station, two berths with length of 150 meter each that can accommodate vessels with draft up to 9.2 meters and deadweight up to 25 000 tons. In year 2002 the terminal handled 2 million 50 thousand tons of oil products, 95 % of which were exported. Reconstruction of the terminal commenced in 2003 will allow increase in handling to 4 million tons per year.

Oil products quality is controlled around the clock by our certified control and analytical laboratory.

Independent surveyors of companies "SAYBOLT" and "INSPECTORATE" work at the terminal.

In autumn 2001 we introduced high quality vessels bunkering services in sea ports of Arkhangelsk and Onega. Bunkering is carried out from specially equipped tank trucks (with volume of 30-36m3) and through pipeline from our berths. Our clients enjoy every advantage of working with the largest oil company.
